Office Romance -- whats your take?

What do you think of couples working in the same office? Getting romantically engaged with a collegue decreases one's effeciency or is a great motivation to come to office everyday?

If the couples works for their own office, it is not only motivating but also romantic. If they work for others together, It is more disadvantageous, for both the company and couples.
