I think the best way to post a best response is to look for discussions that you would really enjoy being a part of. Discussions that you know something about or feel you really have something to say. If you always have to force answers, then it is not coming from the heart and it is often quite apparent. Often forced answers are way too short as well and you will seldom be picked for best response in that case.
