Are you sick of your job?

Is getting motivated to leave the house for work getting harder and harder with each passing week or day? Have you just had enough of the B.S. and just want out of their but are trapped into working where you are for a number of reasons? If you are sick of your job, why can you not leave? What keeps you being unhappy with your working life and not seeking change?

Sometimes i really feel not happy about my job..For one thing, it isnt the job i liked and learned from school (i think it is one level below what i learned), 2nd, the boss doesnt believe in my skills; 3rd, my officemates are so negative, they feel like they are on one step level up than me (maybe because they are more senior than me); I cant go out because i have a large debt to my employer

I was once in this kind of situation. My job was paying so well but i can't seem to bring myself to resign and look for another job. I became unhappy and one day i woke up and decided that I just can't take it anymore. So I set myself to find another job and actually resign. Now, I am happier with where I am working. One is actually doing ones employer a disservice by staying at the job which one doesn't feel like doing anymore.

I love my current job and intend to stay here till they kick me out and even then they'll have a fight on their hands. Hate to say this when others might be feeling so bad at work but this is the best job I've had in years, the highest salary I've even been on and I'm working with a really great bunch of people! What more could I want from a job? I don't wake up in the morning thinking "Oh God I have to go in to THAT place again!" which is how I woke up most mornings at my last job. I had a problem with my old job, I hated it with a passion towards the end, so I acted with my feet and got out of there. Moving to this new job was the best move I've ever made career-wise and I don't regret a single day that I changed jobs. Gosh, hope that doesn't sound too sickeningly sweet?! x

Who says you can't leave? It's all a matter of choice. I got fed up with my last one and shoved my boss the letter! :P
