I know multitudes are bored with their current job whatever that is. What is the recipe of boring job? I hope employers get to read your responses.

I think many people make the mistake of entering into a job that they don't enjoy in the first place. They end up resenting it and because jobs are scarce anyway, they stay and "bite the bullet".
What then happens is that every negative thing that happens to them at work (eg. boss shouting at them, too much workload, working overtime etc.) builds up inside of them then they start hating every moment. They wake up not looking forward to the day, become depressed, self esteem lowers and they start to find the job boring.
Imagine doing what you really like. No matter what else happens around you, you won't mind because you don't view your work as work, but more like a hobby.
So I think people first need to find out whether what they're doing is what they actually enjoy doing. One thing to answer this question is to ask yourself: "Would I do this job if I wasn't getting paid?" If you answer NO, then you probably aren't doing what you naturally would enjoy doing.
Maybe it's time for a change?

this is exactly what i would've wanted to say..only more precise. i just quit my job because i felt i was so bored. looking back, i realized it wasnt the job i really wanted to have in the first place. so if you're just at it for the paycheck chances are you will not sustain the initial enthusiasm if ever there was in the first place. you will only hate yourself. but jobs being scarce, what can we really do? beggars can't be choosers, as they say..but we have the power within us to make choices.

Thanks for the response. It's an enlightenment. People should really get into the job which they really like.
However, chances are those jobs are not available at the moment and they work the jobs they can get just to make a living. They might feel forced to work that job because they don't have any other choice. That maybe is the time they get bored.

I think as long as your having 60/70% good days at work then on the bad days you just need to remind youself that you have more good than bad.
And yes, dont be negative. If you associate negativity with work your going to hate it no matter what. I try to excited about going to work by thinking of the things i like, like money, the fun customers i'll see and the exercise, that way my day will be naturally better just for being positive.
So job becoming boring and horrid can soemtimes depend on the way you look at it.
Not everyone can get a job they love and would do if they werent getting paid
