Water lures and scares me at the same time. There's something about depths that's so mysterious beyond beauty and foreboding at the same time. Drowning, the very thought of it, cripples me into catatonia. Inasamuch as I' tempted to bask in the blessings underwater, the sea also looms to me like a monster out to devour me. But I gotta face the music of the sea sometime soon, and dance dreamward until I discover the joy of floating.

When i have a fear, i try to face it with a loved one by my side who has mastered that issue and understand how i feel. for example, i used to fear heieghts - can't even climb to the first floor of a building, it will look like the whole building is spinning round andi'm going to fall off. But with love and encouragement, i overcame.

my worst fear is very petty. it's being walked on or bitten by cockroaches! UGHHH! how do i deal with this? by maintaining a clean home, with lots of standby insecticides. hehe! sometimes when i see a cockroach, i shout for somebody to kill it. if there's no one around, i just jump on the nearest sofa and stay there until the cockroach disappears. i just pray it doesn't come back soon, lol
