How to get a direct employer in AMERICA??

Hi.. I am a Licensed Medical Technologist from the Philippines, already got my AMT certificate and have my visa screen certificate... I am looking for an employer who can sponsor me for a job in the US..
Can anyone help me or teach me how to find a right direct employer who can sponsor me for an HB1 visa??
