How Often do you Think About What you are Going to Say???

In most relationships, communication is difficult. Many times we say something before we think about what the response will be.

that seems to be my biggest downfall..never thinking before i speak. which always seems to get me into trouble. but at the same time being misunderstood for others never really seem to grasp what im trying to say or misinterpret the idea completely.

NOrmally I don't think about what I am about to say unless I'm in an argument with someone because I don't want to say something I may regret someday simply because I was upset at that moment.
