What you think about the modern love?

I've realized there is a big differece b/w what we practice as love and what love was years ago. I think the feelings most of us have isnt love but infuation but we do mistake it as love. When I was little, I remember the happy times my dad and mom had and still having but these days things seems to be difference cos true love hardly exists.
What is ur opinion about this?

Hello , I agree with you ... these days alot of people have mistaken love for a mere infatuation ... In the older days I also remember the times that my mom and dad shared together and when I look back I ask myself "why everyone can't have that " you didn't hear about couples cheating and lying to one another all the time ... The love was always there and they never had to question or doubt it ...
Today , I feel that when most people are saying " i love you " it's more of just a saying like they say it to make the other person happy because they know thats what they want to hear and it shouldn't be like that , love is so hard to find , one that is unconditional , loving , true and honest ... When you do find it never take it for granted and always charish what the two of you share for it is a blessing that the two of you share that is truely one of a kind ... Angel
