The opening pair should be Sourav and Robin. No. 3: Dhoni No. 4: Sachin No. 5: Dravid No. 6: Yuvraj/ Sehwag No. 7: Karthik (wk) Bowlers: Agarkar, Zaheer, Pathan, Harbhajan/ Kumble If Pathan cannot do well in the preliminary matches, he should be replaced with Munaf Patel. I prefer Sehwag coming in late. That would put less pressure on him. If he gets going, he would be very useful. It is the 6th and 7th positions that gave him fame in his early days.

if india will play wid d names dat i m giving u i m sure dat india can beat any country and also can win d world cup. ganguly,uthappa,sachin,dravid,yuvraj,dhoni,karthik,anil kumble,zaheer khan,ajit agarkar,s sreesanth, pathan. d opening should b of ganguly nd uthappa.only one regular spinner should b dere because players like sachin,uvi nd ganguly can also bowl.

Well my indian team is like this: Sourav ganguly and uthappa should open, sehwag at no.3, sachin at no.4, then dravid, yuvraj, dhoni. After that bhajji, agarkar, zaheer, munaf patel in the batting order. I will play one spinner in Bhajji my first choice. But later in torunament kumble & bhajji could also be played if wickets are conducive to spin as spin is our main weapon. Then pathan & sreesanth could be given chance later if both are doing well if we need an allrounder or pacer.
