I got something on bargain that I found I would actually pay full price for it was just that good! My hubby laughed at me when I did the shopping today and told him the price. A friend of ours wanted to know how I manage so well and I told her you can eat well on a budget, it's just a matter of looking and without going to 'value' items either :P So we sat and chatted about it a bit. I think I was truly born in the wrong era LOL

I guess I take after my mum for finding bargains, mum is always finding bargains, and BOGOF's. She's always telling me about the bargains she has found! She has a mighty good nose for them. My best bargain was Bad Girls Series 3 dvd, I saw it in HMV for £35, I did a search on the internet and found it for £12 including postage, that was a great find and a great saving too! Well done on your bargains too my friend x

You bet I do, I comb the newspaper flyers, I am online searching for better deals and even on the phone calling around. The thing is although for me I have to know before hand what I am looking for. I do not just buy because something has a good price. I know what I am after and hunt untill I have the best possible price for it.

We share the same passion weemam because I love to bargain anything from ingredients in a recipe to appliances to dress anything of less than it's original value in filipino language we tagged it as "tawad" means asking always to a cheaper price or discount on a certain price.
I really love to make "tawad" with items on it's original price because here in my country there is a certain place that you can make "tawad" with all the items and you better be good at it because you can surely enjoy so much with a little amount.

well every body likes it and iam also one of them so i surely like it as it leads to cheaper purchaase but sometimes also let u fall in disgrace as u are looked upon as miser and the prson not willing to spends few extra bucks.
so one should have a balance between both of it.

Hi,
You know it is same here. I love to buy things for less. I am a regular visitor of ebay, dealsofamerica.com and deals2buy.com. I got lot of gifts for my friends and relatives on ebay. ebay is really a very good site. I bought camera just for $10 and one AT & T cordless phone just for $1 on ebay. believe me its true. I keep visiting everyday on those sites I mentioned earlier and buy immediately if something comes really a bargain deal. You know We went to our Florida vaccation from Boston for 5 days just for $500 including return air fare, hotel, for two of us for 5 days through priceline.com. isn't that amazing.

I am not that good in bargaining stuff so I let my wife to do it. She bargains really well, we're able to get goodies at such good price and we're happy with it. She always love the word "sale", and she have the ability to remember the price at one shop and compare it to other shops. So she knows exactly where to get stuff cheaper. I praised her for helping me staying under budget so very rarely gone over the budget.

i love bargaining if we go shopping along with wife and kids. there are so many shops where it is written that please do not waster your time, price is fixed. deliberatly i entered into the shop and bought cloths, shoes, tie, shocks, lady bags etc. whatever we need at that time. now-a-days there are competitive market. in every 15 days you will show the board for sale, discount. in such a shops bargaining is must otherwise you will pay more. there are so many peddlers who keeps rate high for their goods such as Chandini Chowk, Sarojini Nagar Market, Janpath Market, Palika Bazar (all are in New Delhi)where if you do not know how to do bargain with shopkeeper, you will be cheated.

well my mom and i are bargain queens. We often go to stores selling second hand clothing, curtains , carpets, shoes and bags. And all the time we get good bargains, almost 14th the price of the brand new ones. There are really good finds if you really look hard enough. But thats part of the fun , right?
