I was wondering why will fever & always sick at Singapore since i leave my hometown & work here. Before that I was studies outside & also don't have any serious sick continuously like now. I begin to suspect that is my sis's flat 'feng shui' not good or environment condition too bad. Do you all ever sick continuously sick & take medical leave since move to somewhere new?

I typically do not get sick much, but when I go through a large change in routine there is definitely a pattern. The last time I was sick was over a year ago when I started my new job. The time before that was when I started working full-time for the first time since graduating college. Moving and settling into a new place puts a lot of stress on your body. You also surround yourself with a whole new host of germs - there are a ton of different flu strains, for example. Even eating differently can aggravate the situation. The best thing to do is to always be as healthy as possible, choosing good food and exersicing. When you know you will be enduring a greater than usual stress load, take vitamins or eat a ton of green leafy vegetables and other very healthy food. That said, I am not sure exactly what your symptoms are, so I can't speak to what may be making you sick. This has just been my experience, and at this point I have moved more times than I care to count. If you have been continuously sick since moving to Singapore, have you considered allergies? A dust allergy that has bothered me for years finally flared into a sinus inflammation last fall, and I am still dealing with it. I will say, the environment you live in is very important to your mental health and you should speak with your sister about maybe rearranging your apartment - but it will not cause a fever.
