No response to a help request

My mother signed up for mylot and did not receive an activation email. It shows her as one of my referrals but she cannot log in or participate in any way. I contacted MyLot by email to see if we could get her some help and still have not received an answer. She would really like to participate in the discussions. Does anyone have a suggestion?

have ur mom signup with HOTMAIL email id ?
if sooo than its normal my 3 friends Joined and they have not got activation yet sooo HOTMAIL really S***

yes she used hotmail. I will have her try with a different email address if need be. Thanks for the info.

I never received an activation email either yet when I tried to reregister I was told that my username was already taken. I sent mylot an email explaining what was going on and asked for the activation email to be resent, they sent me an email with my username and password and told me to log in with those....that time it worked! So, I am assuming that they just automatically activated my account for me when I asked.
How long ago did you ask for help? I received my answer towards the end of the day that I requested help. It might also work better if your mom requests their assistance. That way the email addresses match up.

It has been five days since she signed up and four days since I sent the email for her. And I used her email address when I sent the letter in. Still no response.
