Where can I find cheap or free 1st birthday Sesame Street supplies at??

I'm looking for 1st birthday sesame street supplies for my son birthday in a few months. I'm already looking on ebay, free cycle and have looked on amazon but nothing even close to that. Any other ideas would help thanks.

I would try Wal-Mart. When I was shopping around for supplies for my sons birthday party I was surprised by the selection they had. Their prices for at least half of what Party City and other party suppliers charge.
