Digital camera versus camera phones

With the introduction of new technology, mobile phones have everything. Camera phones are also much in demand in the mobile market. But if you have to choose a digital camera and a camera mobile phone for photography, which one would you prefer??

i surely prefer digital cameras... i dont deny the beenfit of being handy dandy of mobile camera but the result and picture finishing not as good as it through digital camera.
