Are you here on myLot just for the money?

A net friend told this site to me and said that you can write opinions / views and participate in discussions and earn money... Curious ...I tried to open the site and read about the mechanics. Then I found out that my country doesn't have pay pal and e-gold. Yet I continued to register and read the points of view and comments of people on here hoping that I would get some good ideas and get to know some nice people and hoping this site would broaden my knowledge too. I hope I am not mistaken. What about you...what brings u to myLOt?

No, I don't think I am here just for the money. I value the friendships I have made here, and also the time I got to write on my feelings and opinions. Moreover, mylot has made my life a bit systematic. I used to be too lazy earlier, and now I guess I am a bit organised at home.

You are correct... this is a good venue to find good friends who share common interests. This a good venue too where one can write about their feelings and opinion. The money one can earn here is just secondary. Nice answer ashjoe...thanks!

I am here mainly for fun. I know even how hard i work,,i can only earn $10 one month which is meaningless, yet i get addicted to this site.lol, may be because i like to read and write something and communicate with otehr members.
Anyway,work hard and hope you will have a good start

Well... thanks easy888 for an honest answer to my querry. I know this site could be addicting for persons who are really fond of reading and sharing ideas and opinion. Just reading some of the discussions / ideas / points of view of others takes time but we can learn from their ideas.

yes I did join for the money , but I have met so many nice people and made so many really good friends , I get lost in all the brilliant responses I get to my discussions too , Money is not the most important thing on My Lot , it is nice though to get paid for chatting , welcome and have fun , we do xx

Well...thank u all to those who responded! I am just new here, I just registered today and I got 6 response...I'm amazed and hooked! LOL ...I have not sleep yet..its morning now... anyway thanks very much for the nice and honest response you made. Hoping I would make some nice friends here too and learn new ideas from them. Never mind the small bucks...lol

First it was about making money but, as you know it takes time to make alot of money. But I like meeting new people and making friends.

Thanks mystic_0318 for your response and you are correct that it takes time to make lot of money. You have to devote a lot of time here just to read the topics and to participate in discussions. But its a great venue really to meet people from different countries and make friends with them.

I have been here for 2 weeks, In the begining I sign up for the opportunity to earn an extra money...
But After one day I realise that's not possible with mylot(because I don't have a lot of time to spend and I only want to response to the discussion I find quite interesting).
But now I'm still here because I find mylot quite a fun site to be in...xx
