virus !!!

i found this in my task manger spoolsv.exe, isass.exe and DLM.exe and I dont know how to remove them .I treid ending them but they dont dissapier i have norto but it doesn pick up any of those viruses!!!!! please help!!

Those dosen't have to be viruses, as a matter of fact I'm prety sure they are not. Why do you think so?
