What is something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I do not toot my own horn alot so people who've never been to my house might be surprised that I paint and that my house is full of my paintings. They also might be surprised that I write and am working on several projects. I am very independant and capable, a professional and in charge of other people, and people may think that I am all for women's rights, which I am, but at home my hubby comes first -- of course he puts me first too, but . . I think people would be surprised to know that I am still old fashioned in putting my husband first :o)

I think most people who don't know me would be suprised to know that I am a homebody. I am very outgoing and fun and silly and out there. but i love to be home with my kids. i love tv. i just love the comfort of my bed and my couch. and now that i have a new baby doggie, i am going to never leave th house

I love to write, but most people know that. What they do not know is that I am trying to write a book. I started doing our family tree a few years back and with a few embelishments it is turning out to be a fine story.

My talent is not so secret; I have been painting since I was in high school, and have been working on making it a career of mine for the last few years. I feel I am a natural; I am basically self- taught except for art classes in high school. It makes me relax, and it is something that is just for me.
