Yes I do think that. In Michigan where I live there is a husband who murdered his wife (Tara Grant) and cut her up and put her body pieces all around a park near here. I think they are making him look like a celebrity by breaking into the regular programing to give updates of where he is at and what he is doing. They caught him in a park and he had frostbite of his hands and feet, I think they should have cut them off as part of his punishment.
