We used Netflix and never had a problem with them. We used the cheapest one and it was fine. The only problem was that we viewed the movies too quickly and had to wait until the next month for more to come! But that was not their problem, it was ours for being so cheap.

I do Blockbuster online and I haven't ever had any problems with it at all.
In fact we have a really fast turn around time.
I shipped some movies back on I think Thursday and Saturday I had all different movies in my mailbox.
So far, so good.

i have been a member of netflix for over a year now. I absolutely love it. Sometimes i get a little fed up with not being able to get the new releases right away, but that can happen anywhere even going to a movie store. but they never question if i complain that a DVD was scratched or anything.

I have been hearing many people complain about blockbuster by mail. They are all saying that netflix is better. I have never tried either of them as we do not watch many movies.

I have blockbuster and Netflix. The services for both have improved lately. I don't have to send my DVDs back to California like before to return a blockbuster. They are coming from way closer. I am also getting them way faster. Even Netflix is getting faster but then again, they have always been fast.
