Daylight Savings Time

It was just confirmed for me that "they" decided daylight savings time will be this weekend instead of April 1st. Who exactly are "they" and how exactly do "they" change something like daylight savings time??? I also heard that "they" are trying to get rid of it altogether. "They" should leave well enough alone!!!

Good question.
But I really hope that you are right! I'm not changing my clock until my cell phont does it for me. I've had enough incidences with changing the clocks too early or too late that I know I shouldn't be trusted to do it on my own.
But I really do wonder how one can decide when to just add or take away and hour of the day. Maybe it has somethign to do with the wacky weather we've been experiencing around the world????? Who knows. Oh right.... "They" know.
