Do any of you guys know any good, freelance websites out there that don't charge a membership fee? I'm looking for online freelance work but most of the sites I went to charge a membership fee.

Try the following link. It doesn't have a specific
page for the Philippines but it does for other parts
of the region as well as the rest of the world. I can't
tell you more because you didn't mention what type of
freelance work you're looking for.
