Since my early childhood, I had been expected by other people to do well on my academics. Some tell me that I'll be a successful man to whatever field I'll choose since I have the capabilities. With this so much expectation from other people, from my family, I am feeling too much pressure. Do you think it's just OK if I won't meet all their expectation? Did you have your experience just like mine? When other people expect too much from you.

there can be all the expectations in the world on you, but it is up to you to choose what you will do with your life.if you do not have plans and goals, you have nothing to work towards, so yes the expectations you place on your self are the most important as it will be you that must carry them through. I have found that people with realistic, well thought out, life goals seem to atain those goals easier than those that have no plans and goals. so do your best as you are the one that will benifit or lose .
