Find here one best cookie recipie Raspberry Poppy Seed Cookies 1 Cup Powdered sugar 1 Cup Butter (softened) 1 tsp Vanilla 1 Egg 2 Cup All purpose flour 3 T Poppy seeds 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 Cup Raspberry preserves Preheat oven to 300F. Beat powdered sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg. Blend well. Stir in flour, poppy seeds and salt. Mix well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. With finger, make an indentation in center of each. Fill each with about 1/2 teaspoon of preserves. Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheets.

i donno if its the best or not but its definately very quick, easy and tasty. all u need is :- 1c peanut butter 1c sugar 1 egg 1 t. baking soda Cream the peanut butter with the sugar. Stir in the egg and baking soad. roll into balls if the dough is initially too thin to roll let it sit for 10 minutes and it will thicken . Bake at 350 degree F until the edges of the cookies turn golden brown . its done.
