hmm,yeah,i have a delicious recipe for you:) To begin, get your basic pancake mix, weighing approximately 250 g. Beat eggs in a big bowl, add 1 1/2 cups water, 2 tbsp. oil and the flour. Stir until just a bit lumpy. Then, get about 6 pieces bananas, slice it horizontally and add to pancake mix along with your 1/4 cup honey and 1 tbsp. sugar. Fry in batches in non-stick pan, flipping to the other side until done. Now, if you want more decadence, put some scoops of ice cream (in this case I used mango and ube a.ka. purple yam flavors) and you’re on your way to a simple dessert heaven!nham nham!
