would you vote for a celebrity running into politics?

i think it depends upon who's the celebrity running for a position. but in the senatorial position, i definitely will not vote any celebrity, especially richard gomez. he's such a loser. they don't even know anything about politics. they don't have the right to have a saet in the senate, for they're just good in acting. however, of course vilma santos is an exemption. she governed lipa, batangas really well, and i think that she deserves to be the governor of batangas.

Its a different situation here in Pakistan than your country. First of all, not as many celebrities have indulged in politics, and the reason is, that they know politics here requires real patience and brains becuase there are so many many dirty people around to combat and compete with. Those who do participate, I'd vote them depending on whether they seem eligible of runing the country or not, and its true that almost none of them is. However, my vote doesnt really make difference because transparent elections are hardly ever held in my country!

DEFINITELY NOT. politics is not a personality contest, and besides whe had the fair share of celebrities turned politicians and they did not became a good role model.

Some celebrities are good and do well in politic. But its not good to encourage, Bcoz.. this become a trend and every celebrities try to be politic and do a mess.Its not working in my state..
