Are anniversaries important to you?

My partner and I sort of jsut got together after a long time of being just friends so we never really have an exact date of anniversary. It doesn't bother me that we don't have a special date to celebrate I am just happy that we are together. Do you value your anniversaries and why?

Anniversaries are important to me and my husband.
We both know the day we started dating, the date we got engaged, and the date we got married.
We don't 'celebrate' the dating or engagement ones, but it's nice to remember on this day __ years ago- we started dating... you know?

I value the anniversaries, but the most important to me is how many years that you spend time together, and the love you shared with each other.

I agree with you. Love is hard to come by. So we better value it when it comes along :)

Not really. Just like you, dining out means a lot already. I dont expect flowers or gifts. But I also wish that on our next anniversary, my husband will surprise me with a grand candle light dinner with no one around except the orchestra.

That's a very romantic idea. Yeah I don't expect but once in a while it's nice if our special someone surprises us with romantic dates or flowers :)

April 8th, 2002 is when me and my boyfriend started dating. And yes, that day is very special to me. I don't think it means much to him, but that is ok. Its special to me and that is the day I met my soulmate and the day I knew my search has ended :)
