Finding music?

I like to have a song on my profile but can't always find the ones I want. I know the basic music search where you type in the band name and all that. Sometimes it works and I get the song I'm looking for, other times all I get is a bunch of myspace pages people have set up about the band with no available music. Sometimes I get no matches at all. I'm not searching for obscure, unpopular music either. I'm talking about top rock and pop songs. Is there another way to put music on my page or an easier way to find what I'm looking for?

I've tried adding songs to my friendster and multiply pages, am not sure if you're familiar with these though, but they are more or less the same with myspace. I got the HTML for my songs from www.youtube.com, www.hotget.com, www.multiply.com try browsing over these and hopefully you can get the songs you're looking for. Godbless!

That's a big part of my problem too. I wish I could find this music but it seems only the current songs are popular.

umm you can get one of those music player thingie.. heres the link http://www.projectplaylist.com/ you add all the music you want, and post the HTML on your myspace. umm you can get the videos, but i think they are really annoying, look crappy, and sometimes make the computer lag a lot.

hey, thanks! I'll check out that link. I don't bother with videos. My computer's not that fast so videos just get annoying. And like you said, the quality isn't so great.
