very new need help / myLot

I just decided to go into affiliate marketing as a means of making some money from home. I want to start out small and just market through a personal blog but I need ideas on how to drive traffic to those blogs and how to ensure a sale....will appreciate any help i can get . Thanks heaps

A couple of ways to get traffic and hopefully sales to and from your blog: put a link to it in relevant forums, write reviews of your chosen affiliate program (or whatever is you're selling) and post to your blog regularly - submit articles/reviews to free article directories with a link back to your site etc. The main thing to remember is to update it regularly with good keyword related content.
