How to stay blooming and pretty?

It takes super powers to be full time working mommy! Taking care of a 5 month old baby and going to work at 5am (btw, next week, shift starts at 4am), i can't help to be sleepy all the time and look so haggard!
Peepz, give me some tips how to be alive, alert, awake at work! and at the end of the day, still look pretty! i envy so much women with children who can still find time for vanity...

I would suggest trying to make yourself feel good from within.
Don't drink and smoke....eat healthy....get as much sleep.
I have better skin now at 30 than when I was in my 20s because I changed my lifestyle. I used to party a lot, and even if I don't smoke, I hang out with people who do. I started taking vitamin E too, I always wash my face, I eat fruits and fish and take it easy on greasy food. (Also, hush hush...be responsible with your finances, because being financially healthy is one secret to look young and the security it gives you will make you naturally happy.)

Try this homemade scrub to brighten your complexion. Mix One teaspoon of ground black dry tea and two tablespoons of Noxema or cetaphil. Massage gently over a damp face. Then tissue off and rinse your face. You might think that this would leave a tea stain, but it won't. It just brightens tired complextions and makes your skin glow. Plus, try using a bit of concealer beneath eyes and in the hollow by the nose. It "wakes up" the eyes! Hope that helps. From one mom to another! Best wishes for you and your baby.

The food you intake matters most,you eat vegetables and fruits,they are good for skin,aside from taking multivitamins..you have to get enough sleep..and ofcourse,be happy always!Don't mind problems!

Try some B-12 vitamins and a multi vitamin. Re apply your make up touchs mid afternoon. And it's not what's outside it's the inside that matters.

Only do two things no matter how much busy and hard working schedule you have.
1) Eat good healthy food and drink more than eight glasses of water a day plus sleep at least eight hours daily.
2) Stay as happy as you can. Try seeing any good comedy shows on TV daily.
