Madonna's adoption.. just to get attention?

Madonna has been planning to adopt a child from Africa. Do you think she just wants the attention or could it be out of good will? Think it's better for the child to stay in Africa perhaps?

On the news tonight, she wasn't admitting anything and it appears that the court in Africa will be deciding on whether or not the little boy can leave the country. I have a few problems with some of these "stars" adopting babies when they seem to have such busy lives and nannies to help with the children most of the time.
