wondering what colour 2 paint a nursery?

I can tell you what colour NOT to paint it - yellow! Yellow is a creativity colour, a colour of energy. I painted my daughter's nursery yellow and she didn't sleep through the night until she was three years old. Stay away from energy and creativity colours like yellow and orange. Go for the softer, calming colours like blue or green - there are tons of different shades to choose from without making it seem boyish. A mixture of pastels would be nice, non-gender specific and perfect for a nursery.

I like a very light green or yellow. Those colors are not gender specific and can work for either a girl or boy. Green is very soothing, and yellow is a happy color.
