Hi,
I have a daughter of three years old. Compared to other children ,I and husband both are short. That is, I am 5' and my husband is 5' 3". So Iam very much worried that my daughter also will become short like us when she grows up. I am asking her to do cycling but since she is very small I cannot force her. Evrybody tells me to send her to swimming once she becomes 5 years old. When we went to her routine checkup, I asked the doctor about this, so he says she will be anywhere between 5 and 5.3 but not more than that. Is it true? is ther any ways I can make her to become tall?

I'd advise you to make sure your daughter ate healthy, took a mult-vitamin, got plenty of sun, but while wearing sunscreen, and made sure she exercised. But don't worry about her being short. I'm a 5'11 woman and I think that shorter women are beautiful and can do every but as much as any another type of woman. Her personality will determine more than her stature.

You are right AmbiePam. It is absolutely correct that her personlity will determine but still I want her to look tall and beautiful. Of course she is beautiful but I definately want her to be atleast 3 to 4 inches taller than me. Thanks for the reply Pam.
