P2P Software - Which one is the best?

Hey, can anyone tell me which is the best P2P software around?
Sharezaa, Kazaa, Kazaa Lite, Limewire, ...

Emule has the most amount of users and files but the downloads can be painfully slow because the downloading is based on a credit system depending on how much you are uploading so trying to grab a quick file can be lenghty.
Limewire is the most downloaded application from one of the major software review sites, cant remember which though and its high popularity is mainly due to its simple interface.
Shareaza has a good interface. Its Gnutella 1 support is ok but the other two networks it supports (G2 and Kazaa) are pretty rubbish to be honest. The torrent support on Shareaza is the worst of any client as well.
What i would reccomend is Ares. It has the fastest file transfer speed i have seen, partly down to its tcp_ip patcher inclusion. The network provides good search results and its pretty lite wait.
