2 years ago, I think, on the first quarter of the year, I felt a sudden lower back pain. It was a chronic pain that even my spinal column receives the same pain. In short, I couldnt stand anymore. It's really2 painful and you know why, there are times that I couldnt bear it. Until, my mom asked me to go to the hospital to have a check up. At first, I feel scared but after a series of test, examination. the doctors found out that I have a lumbar scoliosis, an 8 degree curve from my lower back and the pain triggers if I am expose too much in a cold temperature. There's no cure at this time, as such you have you take pain reliever ( for the pain) all take foods which are high in calcium.. Well, it was a lesson learned from me to not ignore the importance of cheese, milk and eggs, chicken to my body and I know that it takes a lifetime maintenance to my health

Oh yes I know that lumbar scoliosis is very painful, it is dreadful and I have scoliosis of the lower spine and this is what you have, yes you are right there is no cure for this and the doctors actually gave me 10 years before I would end up in a wheel chair due to this disease of the spine, so I have to be very careful as now I am over the 10 years since it was discovered.
