When you feel unhappy,lonely,or sad,what do you like to do?

whenever i feel lonely, unhappy, bored, sad and etc i will tend to eat more than usually. I will eat and just stay at home watching movies. But sometimes i will just take the car key and drive out to sightseeing for a while.
