Can anyone give me some suggestion on how to edit a mp3 file? For instance, if I want to cut the mp3 files into different parts? I am sure that there are some softwares that can do so.
If you have some suggestions, please tell us. It would be much appreciated if anyone here can help me.
Thank you very much for your help!

I use Cool Edit Pro 2 (Which is practically just like Adobe Audition but a bit downgraded)
I love it.
i hate audacity because if you want to record one long track but keep stopping, you'll have to put up with it breaking into parts over and over.

Yes, I tried Adobe Audition in my school, which is quite professional, but it is not easy to use for us, which is not familiar with those high-tech software.
Cool Edit Pro is another great pick here, thank you for your advice!

if you have nero installed on your computer then you can already use its own nero wave editor, but for better functionality and more options then use audacity

For editing many voice file formats, I use WavePad from NCH. Their website is nch.com.au/wavepad. You can edit many voice files very easily. You just have to drag your selection and press the crop button, you will have a new file which you can save with any name, format, and quality you want. Also, they have somve very nice tools to play with voice files. Have a look at their website. Good thing is that most of them are FREE!!!
