Touché

Can anyone explain me what is the meaning of "Touché"? It's some kinda fencing word. But I wanna know how n when it's usually used... It's nice to say that word.

The literal meaning is "touched". You say it when someone said a line that realy hit home :) (then you reply with "Touché")
