What is your Favorite Workout?

My favorite way of working out is by weight training. I love weight lifting, as heavy as I can. The results are great.

I love to run on the treadmill. For me it is really relaxing.

i have a weak heart. so, i always prefer doing lots of cardio exercises. makes my heart stronger from time to time. it also improves my breathing. i also love abdominal crunches. i want my stomach to look better and be in shape all the time.

Well not a single workout is favorite for me. I have many favorite work outs. First of all the same you have mentioned I love to do weight lifting which gives my body a shape, secondly I love to do concerts and make my own creative music, they I love to take photographs I even go to several places for it. I love to work for an online company which pays me for having a survey on concerts and writing review after survey. I love to work on studies research and all. Actually I am a work freak! My favorite "workout" would definitely have to be dancing. I am a professional salsa dancer, so I am always getting plenty of exercise. I also enjoy LIGHT weight training (I don't want to look too "bulky"), and pilates. Every now and then, if I have time, I go for a nice jog around my neighborhood.

I rekon that pruning pine trees is the best work out. Six months of pruning will have you in the best shape, and strong as an ox. Too bad the pay is not worth it.

I prefer to walk. Its the best and easy way to exercise. After that I enjoy dancing and laughing. I do dancing and laughing as exercise. It's worthy n enjoyable without pain n harm! :)

For me it depends on the time of yr...in the summer my absolute favourite form of exercise is biking with hiking a close second..in the winter since I live in the north I enjoy the treadmill and weight training and all yr round I love yoga and pilates...

I don't care much for weight training because I already have a bulky build. I actually haven't worked out in awhile other than walking. I need to get busy. I used to love working out to Body Electric. But..really slacked off. I just managed to find a couple of the Body Electric workouts on VHS.

I used to love to work out! I used to do an hour of cardio...usually a mix of the treadmill and a bike or elliptical machine. Then I used to hit the machines to tone and build muscle. I dont want to be big so I never used alot of weight, just alot of reps! I have gotten out of it after having kids, but I just got a really good deal on a Total Gym XL so I am super excited to get it next week. I will have to figure out some cardio untill summer gets here...but I am so excited that I will probably just continue dancing with my kids to their Wiggles videos!

I love to gym and i nearly speand 2 hours per day in gym.I start with strcting then weight training and at last goto treadmill so that running influences me the most and help me to reduce some fat.

I really like weight training to i weight train 3 times a week but right now i have weight to lose and the fastest way to do that is cardio so i like Turbo Jam and Cardio dance classes. After i get rid of all the extra pounds i will be more into body sculpting with weights. Weight training burns more calories and muscles themselves help your body burn cals faster because it take more energy for them to work neat eh.

My favourite way of working out is weight training too although I don't lift heavy weights. I also like walking so I do that a lot as well.

I work out myself, and I too, Love weight-training, I won't say I lift as heavy as I can, but I will do more sets..I don't want to bulk up...I also do cardio...I don't like running but I do to get my heart pumping before weight training...

I used to do a lot of weight training before I got pregnant and had my son. I love it. I suppose you could say I still weight train, now it just lugging around an eighteen pound bundle of wiggles all day long. Lol.

I prefer dance of just about any kind and like to change my routine around frequently. I tend to get bored if I do the same thing for too long. Typically I like to do ballet or modern dance but sometimes I like to do jazzersize too. Weights can be fun for me but I usually stick to lighter weights like 10 or 20 pounds.

I like a lot of different work outs. I like the results of weight training. My favorite is probably long distance cycling... couple of hours on a nice weekend, just ride my bike all through the foothills. I love it. Swimming, elliptical trainer, yoga and Tae Bo are some of my favorites too.
