Did u experienced any situation where dogs turned wild

Yes! I do a lot of running and mind my own business so when a dog comes running at me and bites at me, I am not happy. It is the owners responsibility to look after and control their cute little "rover." I don't mind dogs at all, but in our city when dogs run lose and attack people, the dog can be put away if it is serious. It is too bad because I don't think there are a lot of bad dogs out there, just bad owners.

Many years ago I was in a childrens home and they had a pet cocker spaniel. A very friendy dog all the time with the children then one day it severely bit one of the children. The dog was put down immediately and I have never had a pet of my own since.
