How Do You Relieve Cramps?

The past few times I have had my period I have been pretty lucky and only having minor cramps. This time I am not so lucky. For the last 7 days all I have done is cramp. I want it done and over with. I take Midol, but I want to know what all you girlies do to relieve your cramps?
