I like to take a long drive through the countryside where there is very little traffic and I can enjoy all the scenery around me. If this is not possible, then I would also listen to music or even play my own. I love the slow Irish airs and easy listening classical music. I am playing my slow airs on my violin at the moment and I only stop to come on myLot for a rest when my arms get tired.

When I hear the old time gospel hymns, it just makes my worries float away. As much as I can relax in my backyard, sitting on a bench with the breeze flowing over me - those hymns can soothe me like nothing else.
