hi ashu. the main motive of this site is to share ur views n ur knowlege with other persons n u get paid for it. i've seen that u have already started 3-4 discussions. when anyone responds to ur discussion always rate it. there r three options: + if the post is good, - if its not good, ! if u find it abuse. u should also select the best response out of all the posts that u have recieved for ur discussion. u should avoid 1-lined responses because that can result in loosing some earning. u'll loose money if someone rates ur response as negative. the star below a person's id shows his rating which u will recieve after u completes ur 100 posts. u should go for quality in posts rather than quantity.

Hi ashu.you get here for what you write.you try to post your response as big and descriptive as it helps pay more if you get more response from members for your posted topics.avoid one liner.also try to post your topic in the interest in which there are more members.
