I use Avast and it is free. So far after two years this has been the best one and most reliable. It even watches while I compute and if it finds something it alerts me and I take care of it right there. I would hope everyone would use this since it is free! Vote with our choices.

You can use Mcafee antivirus or AVG if you install AVG then it will update automatically.

best anitivirus for the computer even on vista would be AVG hands down. uses less resources without compromise unlike others the litteraly make your computer crawl

I have Windows XP SP2 on my notebook PC! I have tried many antiviruses including norton, avg, quich heal, pc cillin, mcafee and many others and I have come to the conclusion that McAfee is the best one among all these. I have seen that McAfee detects and cleans virusrs that other anti viruses even fail to detect! So, my vote goes to McAfee!

I think Norton antivirus. It is the best software available in the market. It does not delete file automatically rather it ask user to confirm what he want to do. Next one may be you can use Mcaffe.

The best among all these is Bit Defender.U can also use Kaspersky.Norton,McAfee etc all come after these...
