New boyfriend/girlfriend, would you dump your friends?

I have this annoying friend, who when she is single is great to be around, but when she gets a new guy she, seems to dump all her friends, never returns phonecalls or cancels girly lunches and such, just because she has got a new man. Would you do this or do you know someone who does it? Why do they do it? Also, when they finish with their new bo, whose the first person they call, moi, yes, moi. Darn annoying.

Well no such annoying person can exist in my list of friends, I treat such persons by their own medicine , ignore them. World is full of good people who respect others and leave because of new interests in life, I make only such people my friend.

Very strong character, I wish I could be that positive in my decisions, but I end up feeling sorry for my friend, when things don't work out for her, maybe I'm too soft.

Its just a bad way of living. Such friend are always a victim of their friends selfish desire. They will run to them again when problem comes knocking knowing that, they are always there.

Thats the thing isn't it, I think being a true friend is being there through the rough and the smooth, but i do get frustrated when this happens.

It is very annoying and to be honest I would actually not be that friendly with her once she breaks up with the Guy as she is not being a good Friend doing this. My Daughter has a Friend like that, well had a Friend like that, she will not entertain her anymore now as she has done it once to often to her.

So you make a new circle of friends with a common interest, i.e your boyfriend. Are your other friends there when you need them?
