Is obesity really epidemic in US ?

Obesity is a global problem,a result of the economic level. diet and liveing conditions improved. Many people will be obese . Only by strengthening movement control obesity,diet!

For some stupid reason in the U.S. the bigger the meal the better.For instance fast food chains are always in compition with others trying to sell larger meals for a lower price.The also have things like."for a certain amount of money more you can supersize your order".There are tons of all you can eat buffets where I live.Once again one tries to out do the other in lower prices.I for have gone to some of these buffets.I am only 5'4" and weigh 125 pounds.I felt like I weighed a ton after I left.LOL.Anyway,I couldn't believe what some people had on there plates.No wonder they were obese.
