selling your home - Is it worth it?

I thought I would start a discussion about selling your home. The pros and cons about it. The costs and fees from the realtors. Is it worth it to have someone sell it for you or you do it on your own?I think this would be a great topic for anyone that has a house. I look forward to the responses and the information.

To make the most money off of selling your house you should work without a Realtor. It could save you 6% or so on the commission that you would pay them.
