see sahira e word is for electronic, so it is the electronic version of book. you can sell it if you like on internet.

well, for one, ebooks can be free, and if you have to pay for it.. it can cost lesser than hardbounded books. ebooks are electronic "books" in word, pdf and lit formats. even as a textfile. its a softcopy version of the books available on bookstores.

When you buy a book from your store it is a hard copy version. This same book can be download and printed (if available in the net) for your use.
This usually comes in a PDF format. Since this is a downlod product, you can normally expect it to be cheaper.

e-Book is just the electronic version of the hardcopy of the book that you are used to. The electronic softcopy version so to speak. You can sell it as a download. Otherwise than that, no real difference I would say. ;-)
