Something that is an exageration not offered for truth.
Should word pictures and hyperbole be admissible in court?

Anything that is exaggerated is not truth. If it is not truth, then it is not acceptable in court. The court only accepts truth... truth only and nothing but the truth.

What country do you live in?
In America no truth is told in court and it is accepted on a regular basis.
Try to tell the truth and watch what happens.
