There's a website called Helium.com that is article based. I haven't submitted anything to it yet, so I don't know how the payout is. There's also a free website www.pcworkathome.net. This lists various places on the web to earn money doing different things. I haven't found the "best" website to earn money yet. I guess it depends on what you want to do to earn money.
