They even give your site reviews on there. If you are thinking about using them then I would do a little bit of research on them first to make sure that you are able to use them with whatever monitization that you are using on your sit.

Link exchange is too helpful especially if your blog is a newbie. You gain exposure and end up having a lot of connections. Just take time and enjoy surfing and visiting other sites than thinking of monetizing your blog in the first place.

I personally think that links exchange if can be made successful by proper implementation is ideal to boost traffic to one's site. It is free of cost and at the same time is based on mutual understanding and cooperation. So it must be effective but may not be ideal.
